1.Participation Confirmation

To facilitate meeting arrangements, please fill out the participation reply form on the right side and submit it before October 1, 2024. Alternatively, you can complete the Application Form(Annex:The Application Form.docx) attached and send it to lyf@jmu.edu.cn. We will provide a poster session for students and postdoctoral fellows. If you are interested in participating, please confirm in the "Other Matters" section of the application form. The organizing committee has reserved hotels. Please report to the designated hotel's registration point on time (note: latecomers may not be guaranteed accommodation).

2. Conference Arrangements:

1).The invited speakers of this meeting will not charge a meeting fee. Other participants (non-students) will be charged a meeting fee of 2,000 yuan, and students will be charged 1,500 yuan. The fees will be collected and invoiced by Jimei University uniformly. Payment can be made through the Jimei University financial platform before the meeting registration.

Note: When filling out the participation reply form, please make sure to fill in the invoice recipient, taxpayer identification number, and email address.

   2). Meeting Accommodation During the meeting, accommodation will be arranged uniformly, and participants are responsible for their own accommodation and transportation costs. The organizing committee will book the hotel.
